Early C19. 3 storeys in coursed rubble. 2 windows, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, modern glazing on ground floor. Double door of 4 panels under rectangular fanlight. Foot scraper. Wrought iron lamp bracket.

Nos 1, 3 and Tivoli Cottage form a group.
