WELL PHLASHETTS LANE SE 28 SE (west side, off) 5/48 L-shaped range of farmbuildings approximately 50 metres to south-west of Mowbray Hill Farmhouse

GV II

Farmbuildings. Early C19. Coursed squared stone, graduated stone slate and corrugated asbestos roofs. L-shaped in plan, 1 storey with 2-storey square block to centre of each wing. Each wing is of 3:3:3 bays facing inner courtyard. Openings have segmental stone arches, with casement and stable doors. Central east facing block has round openings to first floor.

Central south facing block has round opening to south and a granary door to the north, Central blocks have pyramidal stone slate roofs, other roofs are hipped.
