C16/17 timber-frame house (east range) remodelled and enlarged in early C18 in red brick when parallel west range was added. Double span hipped pantile roof. Modillion eaves cornice. West front with parapet with moulded brick modillion cornice. Two storeys and attic. 2:3:2 windows centre 3 advanced and pedimented. Sashes with glazing bars and flat brick arches. Central doorway with moulded architrave with keyblock and pediment on console brackets.

Rear (east) elevation with mullion/transom casements with leaded panes, and central 2 panel door with pediment hood on large carved brackets. Three moulded brick chimney stacks with octagonal flues.

Interior: Hall with open well staircase with open string, alternate turned and twisted balusters and moulded rail. Ground floor room with C18 fielded panelling and shutters. Another ground floor room with C17 panelling and moulded ceiling beam with carved stops.

First floor room with fielded panelling and chimney piece with shouldered architrave. Another first floor room with chimney piece with bolection moulded architrave and panelled overmantel with cornice.

Generally the interior contains various C17 and C18 moulded and fielded panelling, and the earlier parts have some exposed timber-framing and stopped chamfer ceiling beams.
