1228 NEW STREET (East side) No 44 ST 1600 1/104 II Earlu C19 altered, 2 storey 4 window stucco front, set back from street. Early C19 doorcase with radial bar fanlight and slender pilasters. Sash windows with glazing bars removed. Slate roof. Hung slates. Hunf slates on return, attic window in wnd glable. Nos 44 and 46 form a group.
