2. C18 or early Cl9, 2 storey house with front garden. TWO 2-storey splay bays with enriched cornices, 1st floor centre sash windows. Stippled rendering, slate roof, moulded eaves cornice. Centre arched wood Doric porch. Glazing bars removed.

Nos 44 and 46 form a group.
