House. C17 with C20 extensions. Timber framed, whitewashed render cladding below, pebble dashed above, brick return walls; plain tiled roof, half hipped to left with ridge stack to left of centre and end stack to right. 2 storeys, 3 casement windows to first floor, ground floor sash windows. Board door to left of centre to lobby entrance. Parallel range to rear built in 1960 in similar style.

Interior: Ceiling framing visible in ground floor left, step chamfered main beam, deep brick fireplace with wooden lintel. First floor Queen post construction visible and wattle and daub surviving in roof.
