House. Early C19. Watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. l-bay, 3-storey, double-depth plan with an attic workshop and a gable door. West elevation: enlarged ground floor opening, door to right, 3-light recessed flat- faced stone mullion windows on first and second floors.

Gable stack. East has a window (as above) on each floor and a taking-in door at workshop level. Square-cut door surround to gable. Included for group value.
