Farmhouse. Circa 1800. Local stone with Bath stone dressings; front elevation rendered with ashlar lines scribed on; double Roman clay tiles between stepped coped gables; stone end chimney stacks. Double roof plan: 2 storeys, 3 bays.

Plain ashlar quoins and surrounds to 16-pane sash windows; central doorway with 6-panel door, semi-circular fanlight, open pediment hood on console brackets. Plain mullioned windows to rear. Inside simple 6-panel doors with Regency-style architecture, also Regency style cottage staircase.
