C17, 2 storey, cob, hipped thatch roof. Oven bulge with tiled roof. One sash window, remainders casements. Interior: hewn stop chamfered beams, mainly with small wood corbels, massive curved braces to roof principals, wide fireplace with beam above temporarily covered.

Lower Barn, Orchard Green, Crofter's Court and Higher Barnes form a group.
