the description shall be amended to read as follows:

Originally one house, late C17 or possibly earlier; now divided into two houses. Much of the exterior elevation given its present character between the early C18 and early C19 century; extensive interior alterations to Perryfield House in late C20. Roughcast surfacing, painted, with corner quoins.

Two storeys and scattered fenestration, suggesting a complicated building history. West elevation (Perryfield House) with segmental-arched entrance aedicule supported by a pair of unfluted Tuscan columns with acanthus leaf capitals, an early to mid C19 design. South facade of Perryfield house projects further than that of Grenedehar and has a centrally placed entrance set in a recessed porch, square in plan, and flanked by fluted pilasters; entablature with shell ornament to tympanum of pediment; the porch with bas relief ornament, possibly in stucco, and dating to the early C20.

Segmental-arched stair landing window above with two windows to the left; another segmental-arched window to the right.

Grenedehar with entrance set under hipped porch that is tucked into the corner of the setback; tripartite window above.

Glenthorne, Perryfield, Grenedehar, The First, Acacia House, Highfield Cottage, and the former Magnolia House form a group.
