FAWLEY ASHLETT LANE SU 40 SE 13/8 Ashlett House - II

Farmhouse. Early C19. Yellow brick, slate roof. 2 storey 3 x 3 bay. Road front has central 2/3-glazed double door under open Doric porch of 2 columns and 2 pilasters with entablature around flat roof. Each side 16-pane sash under rubbed arch. On 1st floor 3 smaller similar windows. Overhanging hipped roof. Ridge stack on right hand return ridge and stack on left hand end wall. Right hand front similar and overlooking sea.
