Cottage. C17. Timber framed, faced in colour washed brick.

Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays, with south gable stack now incorporated in a third bay containing main entrance in C20 thatched porch. Fenestration altered, now mid C20 steel windows. Three flush dormers to front. Exposed timber framing remains on north gable end, jowled posts with straight corner braces to tie, queen struts to clasped purlins, half hipped above.

Outshut to rear under continuation of roof.
