Beltwood House, 41, Sydenham Hill, Camberwell SE26 - Southwark
Large mid-Victorian villa, possibly by Banks and Barry, Dulwich College architects. The house was remodelled in the neoclassical style circa 1895. The building was suffering from the effects of water ingress and the curtilage buildings were in a very poor state of repair. Consents were granted for conversion to flats, with development in the surrounding gardens. While works are near completion, regularisation of planning processes is required.
