Engineers' shop, boring mill and pattern shop, early-mid C18. Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission for repair and conversion of whole Perran Foundry site granted 2008 and now being implemented in a phased manner. Revised scheme for reuse of the engineers' shop as ancillary car parking and storage area granted permission in 2019 but as yet unimplemented. Current application for removal of entire roof has yet to be determined. Building may be in new ownership as of early 2023.
