Langleybury House, Langleybury, Abbots Langley - Three Rivers
Country house c1725. Formerly in use as part of a school, but vacant since 1996. Proposals for the repair of the house have yet to be implemented, and while use of the buildings for filming helps ensure their protection, the implementation of a comprehensive scheme remains desirable. In 2022 some urgent repairs have been undertaken to arrest the worst areas of decay. Historic England and the Local Authority are in ongoing discussions with the owner in relation to the permanent use of the building.
