Swan Lane Mill No. 3, Higher Swan Lane - Bolton

Cotton spinning mill, designed by Stott and Sons of Oldham in 1914. Part of a complex of three. Unusually tall, eight storeys high (six plus a double attic). At the time of completion of the second mill, the complex is said to have formed the largest spinning mill in the world. Whilst the building is part occupied it has various condition issues including some windows missing, water penetration and vegetation growth.
