Refreshment Room, Ravenscourt Park W6 - Hammersmith and Fulham

Former stable block of C18 Ravenscourt Park House, partially demolished and converted into a refreshment room late C19. Recently used as a park tea room, it has been vacant since the end of 2019. The roof is failing, exacerbated by heritage crime and subsequent water ingress, and needs replacing, along with rainwater goods. One floor is inaccessible owing to previous layout interventions. The Local Authority has undertaken extensive external repairs to the building in preparation for return to use as a tea-room.
