Church of St Mary, High Street, Huntingdon - Huntingdonshire

Large parish church of C12 or earlier origin, with a well-documented rebuilding of the early C17. Late C14 west tower, partly rebuilt on the north side after its partial collapse in 1607. Emergency repairs to the tower roof, funded by Historic England through a Repair for Heritage at Risk grant were completed in 2020. Poor rainwater management system and water ingress through south aisle roof is of concern. Congregation considering the next steps.
